Accredited by ABT - Associated Beauty Therapists, the UK’s largest specialist Membership and Insurance provider. This course will be taught by studio owner Hayley, with over 10 years experience in the industry, working in salons, as a mobile nail artist and now owning and running her own studio.

Hayley will not only teach you the practical side to achieving the perfect manicures but with her extensive knowledge, guide you in the right direction to become a nail artist in a salon, or be your own boss working mobile or from your own space.

Hayley will also give you guidance on the best brands to use, advice on using social media for business, tips on taking the best pics of your work and where to purchase the best products! Courses will be taught one on one, allowing each student to receive the most in depth training.

The theory side will be learnt through a course manual, which you will gain access to upon booking, and a series of assessment questions which will need to be completed before you come to the studio for your practical training day. Once all theory and practical training is completed, students will complete 4 case studies to be submitted before your certificate is issued.

You will also learn simple nail art techniques including how to use a dotting tool and paint a french manicure in gel polish. Course Prerequisites - None required, this course is for complete beginners!

Assessment - Course manual to work through and exam style questions. One practical day of learning. Four case studies to be submitted once practical day is complete - 2 x regular polish manicure’s and 2 x gel manicure’s (one french manicure).

Price - £450 (kit not included)

Qualification - Two courses in one! Once completed you will receive a certificate in manicure and gel polish, fully accredited by ABT, allowing you to gain insurance and work on clients.

Kit needed- Everything will be provided on the day except manicure tools. If you would like to purchase a kit please let me know and it will be available for you to collect on the practical day.

Location - By Hayle studio, Long Compton

Duration - Please allow 1-2 weeks to complete theory work and exam questions. Practical day will be 8 hours with a lunch break. You will be given four weeks to complete your case studies.

Included - A one on one catch up zoom call with your educator, 4 weeks after your practical day, to enable you to ask any further questions you may have. An invite to an optional student group for ongoing support.

  • Your place on the course isn’t confirmed until a 50% deposit or full payment has been made to By Hayle. Deposit is non refundable.

  • Please notify us when booking of any allergies.

  • In the event that you wish to reschedule the booking, 30 days or more prior to the course scheduled date, arrangements will be made to move your booking to an alternative date. Payments are non refundable and if less than two weeks notice is given, your deposit will be lost and will not count towards a future booking.

  • In the event that you wish to cancel the booking, we reserve the right to impose cancellation charges as follows-

    1. 30 days or more prior to the course scheduled start date, By Hayle will arrange with you to move the booking to an alternative date.

    2. Less than 30 days prior to the course scheduled date, full payment will be payable and the booking will not be rescheduled.
